After careful consideration, I've left my role as a C++ Systems Engineer at Guardware Australia.
This decision is mainly based on what I want to do in the coming year.I want to spend more time pursuing my interests in programming languages and compilers.
I'll miss the people, the gossip, the fun, the banters and more importantly writing my beloved programming language C++.
I worked for nearly 1.5 years, mostly worked on Windows programming particularly Windows Shell Extension (Context Menu, Icon Handler, Icon Overlay), Micorsoft WebView2 and a bit of network programming while maintaining a legacy Proxy Codebase.
The Best Part
- A lot of good colleagues
- Silly conversations
- The banter
- Interesting problems
- Kind people
- And, obviously, C++.
At last, I'll miss yapping hailo sailo after every few words, the random banters, and all those completely unnecessary walks across the office.
